That goes to show you how unqualified our police officers we have in Tifton are and the animal shelter people that we have, to go out and shoot a cow right there in front of the school, the neighborhood. The police officers handled it the best way for the people in the community and the property. In case you didn’t see the headline in Saturday’s paper, ‘Childhood obesity bill approved,’ maybe the state should consider putting recess back in the schools to help avoid childhood obesity.
