NBC Universal and Qubo are joining the Department of Health & Human Services, the Ad Council and the U. Ion Media Networks, Scholastic, Corus Entertainment and Entertainment Rights produce Qubo, which airs as a three-hour block of childrenâs programming on NBC and during weekend mornings on Telemundo. Rick Rodriguez, Quboâs president and general manager, said the effort âis a logical extension of Quboâs commitment every day to promoting pro-social values in an environment that parents can trust.
