JACKSONVILLE, FL — Northeast Florida has over 46,000 new ways to combat childhood obesity in the Jacksonville area. The Blue Foundation, the philanthropic affiliate of Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Florida, announced a $46,526 grant to the Health Planning Council of Northeast Florida (HPCNEF) for that specific purpose.
