If you’re an obese, 6-foot tall male who weighs 206 pounds, and you are jogging to lose weight, the first two miles you run simply burn the calories you drank for “hydration. In addition to the American diet leading the world in its fat and sugar content, it also leads the way in salt. Is it really possible to sell fat, sugar and salt through vending machines in the public school system five days a week, nine months a year, to the unhealthiest generation of children in history?
