Associate Professor in Nutritian and Dietics at the University of Newcastle, Clare Collins, is also an accredited practitioner and she agrees severe child obesity is a major issue in Australia and it is something that desperately needs to be addressed. The fact is that while the child is young the parents are the ones giving them the majority of the meals they chose the food thats in the cabords, thats eaten at breakfeast, lunch and dinner.
