Check out all the physical activities available in our area and, as a family or with a friend, try one new thing each week for the next month. Check out the events calendar in the newspaper, the community calendars on local TV stations, the recreation department winter guides, the YMCA or local yoga or dance studios. As a family or with a friend, take a brisk walk after dinner around the neighborhood to look at all the holiday lights and decorations.
